On 15 October 2026, team members from Starke Marine and PTTEP JDX & PC JDA Joint Operations (PPJO) gathered at Thistle Port Dickson for our Lessons Learnt Workshop following the successful completion of the FSO Cakerawala Mooring Chain Replacement Project.

Operational success isn’t just about executing safe offshore campaigns—it’s also about pausing to evaluate, refine, and evolve. With 24 dedicated project stakeholders in the room, we had an engaging and transparent session identifying key challenges, dissecting operational nuances, and capturing valuable takeaways for future campaigns.
