PCSB-SKO adopts to install a new flexible pipe, PL429 (12” dia. x 900m length) as a replacement to the existing PL348, and PL430 (6” dia. x 3410m) as a replacement to PL324 using alternative material options needs to be executed to safeguard the significant productions. The CONTRACTOR’s scope of Works is the entire pipeline systems, and CONTRACTOR shall design, supply, procure, fabricate, construct, install and pre-commissioning the FLP system.

Scope of Works

• Install a new flexible pipe, PL429 (12” dia. x 900m length) as a replacement to the existing PL348, and PL430 (6” dia. x 3410m) as a replacement to PL324
• Design, supply, procure, fabricate, construct, install and pre-commissioning the FLP system

Deliverables

• Providing dedicated and full time Project Management Team (PMT) and all manpower required to complete the project.
• Detailed engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, fabrication, transportation, removal of existing pipeline, installation and pre-commissioning for PL429 & P430 FLP system.Project Details
